Couture Lounge began in February 2017 opened by Jade Buffham, known then as Couture Nail and Beauty Bar.

''After working from home for 4 years as a Nail Technician, the decision was made (and forced by Charlotte -Best Friend and now Salon Manager) to venture out of my tiny kitchen and find Couture a home of its own! Sourcing a tiny run down shop in the centre of Wellington Telford, we transformed the shop into a cosy Salon,  which is where i carried out my work for the next six months. Business began to grow and the demand for other services was apparent. I decided to expand and take on the other side of the property, transforming it into a small hairdressers along with a beauty space for 2 other technicians. 18 months later, with lots of hard work and determination to build a little empire, Couture outgrew its 4 walls with a heightened demand for services it was time to expand!

After a lot of searching we found the perfect quirky building to home the new Couture Lounge. 6 weeks of intense renovation we welcomed you to The Jungle!! Littered with flowers, bright colours and quirky statements, Couture Lounge was built not just for all your beauty needs, but a safe place for you to express yourself, to talk openly, to gain and give advice, to laugh and cry, to empower one another, but to mostly feel like a home from home!

Couture Lounge holds an array of character, passion, warmth and soul. It welcomes all who enters its doors. We aim to stand out from the rest, to be captured in your mind even when you step out of the door. Its not just only the vivid design that will stick with you, but for the fun and ease you felt along with the fantastic skills and service.

In just 6 months Couture Lounge is now home to eleven amazingly talented and passionate women, each one highly skilled, delivering outstanding service and individuality to the Salon. Their work and commitment speaks for itself.

After having my daughter and taking some time out, i decided the Jungle needed to evolve and another intense renovation began. Bringing to you the Dark Side.

 

Couture Lounge can offer you anything from luxury acrylic nails, advanced Aesthetics, aromatherapy, a wide range of beauty services and insane hair colour technicians. We aim to give you the best of everything under one roof. None of this would have been possible without the continued support and commitment from those around me. From my partner to my best friends and my clients that have stayed loyal and watched me grow, travelling this insane journey with me. To them all I am eternally in debt.
